Terms and Conditions
Confirmations:
a) Bookings will be treated as provisional until
the Client sends in written and signed confirmation
to The Blakemore Hotel.
b) The Client is to inform The Blakemore Hotel
of the final number of Guests attending no less
than 3 days before the commencement of the conference.
Cancellations:
a) Should the Client have to cancel a conference
booking before the event, a charge will be made.
This is calculated as a percentage of the total
booking value according to the scale below:

1 month - 21 days before the event –
0%
-
21 - 7 days before the event – 25%
-
7 - 3 days before the event – 50%
-
Less than 3 days before the event –
100%
b) Any costs incurred for a function by the
Blakemore Hotel that would otherwise not normally
be incurred, will be charged in the event of a
cancellation unless the Blakemore Hotel are able
to mitigate their loss.
Deposits and Payment:
a) Credit is available on request and only if
it is agreed upon by The Blakemore Hotel before
the start date of the conference.
b) A 25% holding deposit will be charged at
the time we receive a signed conference confirmation.
The balance will be charged on departure.
c) Credit card details are required in writing
on company letterhead with written authorisation
to deduct 25% of the conference value as a holding
deposit and deduct the remaining balance on departure.
Damage:
The Client is responsible to Blakemore Hotel for
any damage caused by the Client or his Guests,
Agents, Employees etc.
