“Dear Sir or Madam,

My partner and I recently stayed at Blakemore Hotel during the August Bank
Holiday and felt compelled to write to you to say what a thoroughly enjoyable stay we had at your hotel.

We arrived at
1.30p.m. on the Sunday to merely drop our bags off but were pleasantly surprised when the gentleman on reception said we had been given an upgrade from a double club room to a club suite and the room was ready for us. 

When we got to the room we were amazed to find it looked exactly like the photos advertised on your website /booking.com (normally photos are not indicative of the room you end up with ..but this one was!!).

The room was absolutely stunning, well designed, fabulous decor/prints. The bathroom was very spacious with great lighting and inset TV above the bath. The bed was huge and one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in.

Breakfast was also very good with a wonderful selection of everything you needed to set you up for the day.  All the staff we encountered were very helpful, polite and friendly.

We just wanted to say that your hotel was originally chosen for location, value for money and how it looked on the internet and it superseded our expectations in every aspect.

"We recently stayed for 5 nights in a double clubroom which was a very well designed and comfortable room, it was extremely well presented and cleaned on a daily basis. All of the staff were very professional, pleasant and helpful, nothing appeared to be too much trouble for them.

The continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the option of a hot breakfast for an additional £5.50 is value for money, compared to many London hotels who charge up to £25 for breakfast . The hotel is situated a 5 minute walk from the tube station which gave us brilliant access into the city and we used it daily. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be using it again."
